With a wing span stretching longer than a football field, Gull Meadow Farm’s newest corn maze—a tribute to veterans—is a must-do event for the whole family. This year, the farm has partnered with the Air Zoo for a salute to aviation history.

On Saturday, September 6, the Air Zoo will be the host site of more than 200 plastic models ranging from space crafts, custom cars and hot rods to airplanes and helicopters. Modelers from all over the Midwest will gather for the 10th annual Air Zoo plastic model contest.

Beginning on Saturday, January 26, the Air Zoo will be holding monthly themed activities that will make science, math and the laws of nature more fun. Though geared for children of all ages (and their parents), Super Science Saturdays are targeted specifically toward upper elementary to middle school students.
